03:00h: Depart Dar es salaam by road after an early morning cup of tea/ coffee or hot
chocolate. The drive takes about 5-6 hours (280 km) from Dar es Salaam.
08:30h: Arrive at the Park and proceed on a Game Drive. Animals to be seen include
baboon, monkey, elephant, rhino, giraffe, zebra, eland, buffalo, kudu, bushbuck, waterbuck,
hartebeest, etc. Tree-climbing Lions (rarely) can be spotted here as well as giraffes, elands,
hartebeests, Impalas, leopards, warthogs, wildebeests, and African wild-dogs!
12:30h: Lunch then continue for an afternoon of game drive within Mikumi National Park.
You will be able to have 3 to 4 Hours of Game Drive around the Park. Mikumi National Park
is about 280 km west of Dar es salaam.
15:30h: Depart Mikumi by road back to Dar-es-Salaam.
